Thank you for managing your bookings in a timely manner! Regular studio classes can be cancelled free of charge 6 or more hours before the start time.  A cancellation made less than 6 hour in advance of a class is considered a "late cancellation." If you make a late cancellation you will still be charged the full price for the class.  Unlimited members may be charged a 5€ late cancellation fee.  If you're attending classes with our introductory offer, we reserve the right to cancel access to classes early if three or more late cancellations / no shows occur.

No refunds or extensions.

No refunds, exchanges or extensions, with the exception of illness or injury confimed by a doctor's note.

Reservations are confirmed via payment and are binding.  No refunds, unless on a medical basis and confirmed by a doctor's note.  If you are unable to attend a workshop you have paid for, we will credit your yogaROCKS account for use towards a future purchase.

Please check the exact terms of your contract.  In general, our monthly memberships most be completed for the agreed upon period of time.  Doctor's note or proof of new (non local) residence must be provided in order to end a membership during the intial contract period. Following the initial contract period, memberships autorenew, but can be cancelled any time with 31 days notice. 

No refunds under 21 days in advance of a training.  Prior to 21 days, training may be refunded minus a 10% service fee.  We are usually happy to apply fees towards a future training.
